From the Principal

As the year draws to an end

Our school has now been up and running for nearly two years. It is soon time for our very first Grade 9 Graduation ceremony. When I think back on the last two years I can't believe how quickly it has passed. I remember the day in February of 2011 when Ms Österman and I arrived at the school with nothing. We had to take a trip to Ikea to buy ourselves a desk and chair to be able to start the process of putting a school together. How far we have come! It sometimes surprise me, when I walk around the school, and pop into classrooms, that we are still a school in it's infancy. It seems that the incredible staff that we have have taken the bull by the horns and created the feal of an 'old school'.

I am so blessed to have the amazing teachers that I have, and I know that the students would agree with me. I often hear talk from students about the incredible things that their teachers do for them. It is this type of dedication from staff that make us different.

I would like to take this opportunity to honour my teachers for what they have done this year!
